Mike Embry - CEO
Mike is a second generation developer and real estate investor. He has put thousands of units in the Atlanta market, from TND and PUD subdivisions to multi-family, commercial and industrial. He studied Business Management at Dekalb College in Woody, Georgia. Mike grew up going to job sites with his father and started learning what has now become his passion for real estate. Mike's projects have been given awards from ``Best Land Plan`` to ``Best Product`` in its category. The main goal has always been to do projects that last the test of time.

Vincent Embry - COO
Vincent is a third generation developer. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of North Georgia while working summers for his uncle and father's building company. He interned with NAI Global Brannen Goddard in Atlanta doing research on commercial real estate. Vincent handles the contractual negotiations, project structure and roll out.

Erica Embry - CMO
Erica is a third generation developer. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University while working summers for her father doing research for land acquisition and tracking zoning cases. Erica has her Georgia Real Estate license. She handles the logistical side of the business and coordinates with sellers and buyers.

Brett Embry - Director of Land Development
Brett Embry is a seasoned real estate executive with 17 years of expertise in retail lease management, multi-family, land development, and investment strategy across the Southeast. Known for his ability to identify high-value opportunities and navigate complex transactions, Brett has a strong track record of maximizing returns, optimizing operations, and driving long-term growth.
As Division President at Geosam Capital US (2020–2024), Brett led acquisitions, land development, and investment strategy, overseeing the purchase of over 3,000 acres and facilitating $75M+ in land and lot sales—generating over $100M in revenue. His strategic focus on value engineering and market-driven decision-making positioned Geosam as a leader in the industry. Prior to this, as Regional Director, he optimized business operations across the Southeast and Texas, enhancing efficiency and financial performance.
Previously, as Investment Manager, Brett directed the Atlanta office’s acquisitions, specializing in residential, multi-family, and hotel properties. His strategic asset management and disposal initiatives led to strong investor returns and valuable partnerships with national and local homebuilders.
Brett’s real estate expertise extends to key leadership roles in lease management and financial strategy:
• At Property Works, he negotiated and managed large retail lease portfolios, securing over $1.2M in rent savings and establishing the firm’s Transaction Team to streamline site selection, lease negotiations, and restructuring services.
• At Thomson Reuters, as a Senior Consultant, he secured more than $100M in property tax reductions through negotiations with county appraisers and public hearings, leveraging market insights and innovative lease strategies.
Brett began his career as an analyst with Alliant Capital and holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
With a strong foundation in real estate investment, negotiation, and financial strategy, Brett Embry continues to drive impactful results in the industry.
